Model At Plantation Village Receives Top Honors

Watson Custom Home Builders is proud to announce that their Brechin model within the community of Plantation Village received the Gold award in the $183,000 to $205,000 price category at the 2007 Parade of Homes.

The Parade of Homes is the largest and one of the oldest events promoting new homes in the area. This year’s Parade of Homes featured more than 50 builders and 109 homes stretching from St. Augustine to South Georgia. The homes ranged in price from the low-$100’s to over $1 million and were broken down into 23 price categories with a Gold and Silver award for each category.

The Brechin is a gorgeous 1,569-square-foot plan that includes three-bedrooms and two-and-one-half-baths.
