Watson Custom Home Builders, Adds Trio to Meet Growing Needs
WATSON CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS – ST AUGUSTINE, FL –
With at least ten new communities that will be opening in the coming months, Watson Custom Home Builders has increased their staff with three new employees. All with previous experience in the homebuilding industry, these new additions will help Watson Custom Home Builders continue to grow and ensure that their customers stay satisfied.
Ben Buchanan will join the company as Vice President of Construction; William Towers was hired to join the team of Project Managers; and Melissa Parramore will be Watson Custom Home Builders new Permit Coordinator.
Ben Buchanan has been in the homebuilding industry for over 6 years and has worked as a Superintendent for various builders including Arthur Rutenburg, Mercedes Homes, and Beazer Homes. Buchanan was born in Hillard, Florida and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Today, he and his wife Kristen have two children; a five-year-old son, Noah, and two-year-old daughter, Anna.
As the newest addition to the already talented group of Project Managers at Watson Custom Home Builders’, William Towers brings previous experience from Brock Construction, Inc. and First Coast Cabinets. Towers was born and raised here in Jacksonville but received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he resided for five years.
Joining Watson Custom Home Builders as a Permit Coordinator, Melissa Parramore brings over eight years of experience in the homebuilding industry. Previously with Lennar Homes, Parramore was a Permit Coordinator as well as an Accounts Payable Coordinator. Born in Minneapolis, Parramore was raised in North Dakota and in her spare time enjoys painting and refinishing furniture.
Watson Custom Home Builders is now building in over 30 communities and these new additions to the Watson team will allow further expantion of the company and make certain that all of the needs of current and prospective customers are met.
